Dear sir,
i have downloaded paytm first games for fun. but by mistaken i have deposited 24999 in first game wallet, i thought the amount will be depositing in paytm wallet. but the amount has been deposited in game wallet. and when i want to withdraw my amount, there is no option to withdraw that amount, i have requested many times to customer support for my refund but the always told me that there is no option to withdraw that amount. and all time they are forcing me to play the games. but i didnt know how to play games. and indirectly they told me to loose my all money. from last 2 days i m totaly frustrated abount this.. also i have tweeted may times but not any kind of satisfactory response received from their side. i only want my money refund. kindly do the needfull sir.
