On Parimatch I made a deposit of INR 1000 June 11th 2024, 06:54 PM. Tried reaching the chat support multiple times but they kept closing the case stating they were busy. Created a ticket for support with the ticket ID: #262616 but there has been no update and it’s been over a week now.

The UPI transaction ID is 416322958094, which was paid to Sumit Enterprises: UPI – bharatpe907720189195@yesbankltd

On 20th June 15:10 PM, I received a status update saying my withdrawal of winnings is successful which was a lie as I had not received any funds in my bank from Parimatch. The raised a complaint via email to the support and they asked Bank details in PDT format hence I attached a PDF of my bank statement showing them I haven’t received my withdrawal.

The chat/email support was pathetic and poor as they never provided any solution to the problem and kept closing the chats. It is super hard to get a hold of any support from the Parimatch Website. It is almost as though it is a fraudulent activity that they are performing offshore.

There should be strict action taken against the Parimatch Support as this is a poor service and it is really frustrating knowing that funds are just missing and there is no one you can reach out to for help.

INR 2000 is still missing, the higher management at least should look into this as it questions the company’s integrity.

I have attached TXT file of the conversation with the support as well. This was the 9th Chat Support case that I created.

I hope this issue gets resolved.
