I went for Airtel as the choice provider for Broadband. The ever-eager sales rep Airtel relationship agent came personally and collected the application. We got SMSs that our application was being processed. We waited for 2 weeks and called him to find out that he said there was an issue with the cable fault. After two days the connection is live, but I’m facing lots of issues with the internet I complete lots of time with customer care but I don’t get received any solution.
One customer card suggested I cancel the connection and said the deposit will be refunded, It has been approx. 3 MONTHS now and we are still waiting for the deposit.
I called nearly 20 – 30 times to the customer care centre to find that no complaint had been raised for a refund. I raised one and have been following up with customer care to find that it is being transferred from one department to another.
Then I got a call from airtel customer card and they said share your cancel cheque details for refund money to 121@airtel.com.
I sent the cheque details to 121@airtel.com from 05-Jun-22, after that I sent 4 to 5 reminder email but still I don’t get received any reply from airtel.
I also mark Mr. Gopal Vittal (gopal.vittal@airtel.com) CEO of Bharti Airtel but still I don’t get received any reply from him or his team.
It is nearly 3 months now and I expect that I will be paid back my original amount and be compensated for all charges of calling them 30 times and chasing them up to get MY MONEY.
