Text of Complaint by CHANDRA NARAYAN SINGH:

The issue that I have experienced was: I have made a deposit to DAFABET on 31st Aug 2024 of Rs. 10000 and payment has been successfully deducted from my account but dafabet has not been updated in wallet and have already complaint to DAFABET customer care and deposit escalation team, they are not responding proper and not giving me Deadline or TAT for process. It has been 8-9 days past issue not resolved yet..

It occurred on: 2024-08-31

This meant that It made me too much frustrated and made me lost my patience level and played on other platforms and lost money.

Need to resolve ASAP and Want to give 20k Bonus to play games as compansation

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
