I deposited money of 50000/- through paytm to rummy ola account but amount is not credit to my rummy ola wallet. Customer care people told us that we have not received the amount, you should go to your bank and get it. I went to the bank and submitted the transaction statement to the customer service rummy ola,but they said that we have not received the amount. My game id 19428828. Plz help me
