deposited INR 3300 on 17th April. The payment was successfull from my end but amount is not reflecting in account.
I contacted support and they promised that my money will be returned till 8th March else I need to send them bank statement.
However, I didn’t get any money till 16th April and sent them my statement on the same day. Today is 17th March and till this day I have not received any kind of money or new updates. Everytime there reply focuses on “Our billing department is currently in contact with the payment provider to resolve this issue. However, their response times can be unpredictable and that is why there has been a delay. We assure you that we are doing our best to expedite the process and provide you with an update on your funds as soon as possible.”
I would recommend people to stop using this Parimatch because as they do not keep up with their words
