I had made a deposit of 30000 on 1st setember 2022 to my bet365 wallet, the amount was debited from my bank account but wasn’t credited to my bet365 wallet. The bet365 customer team is claiming the pyment has failed even after I have sent them the transaction details showing that amount was successfully transferred to benificiary bank.
