Hi,
I deposited an amount of 15000rs to my Parimatch account through NEFT and had entered all the relevant details for a successful deposit however the payment got lost and has been not deposited to my gaming account not refunded back . I have sent them all the relevant docs required however they keep giving excuses. As a gambling company they should be really careful and ensure these matters are resolved on priority. Please check on this and do the needful
