I deposited ₹40,000 to my 1xBet account on 16 February 2025 at 12:40 PM through PhonePe (GPay).
The amount was successfully debited from my Bank of India account (A/c ending with 2888).
Transaction Details:
– Transaction ID: T2502161240432180398171
– UTR Number: 168484889230
– Payment Recipient: Sourabh Kamble (UPI ID: kamblesourabh7710-1@okicici)
I have provided the official bank statement multiple times to 1xBet support, but they are repeatedly asking for the same document without resolving my issue.
It has been several months and my deposit is still not credited. This is causing me financial loss and mental harassment.
I kindly request Consumer Complaints Court to take strict action against 1xBet and ensure that my ₹40,000 is either credited to my 1xBet account or refunded back to my bank account.

Hello! Most likely in your case the receipt does not contain full payment data. We kindly ask you to send us a payment order with such data as date, time, amount, details of the sender and recipient of the money.
