I’ve taken a coworking space in June 2022. I decided to discontinue on the last week of June and send the official termination letter after confirming with their team. But, later, I got to know that I had to serve 30 days notice period. Since that wasn’t possible in my case, I discussed it with their team, and we mutually agreed to deduct the July month’s rent from the deposit and refund the remaining amount.
Since then, it’s been more than 3months, I’ve been following up with the team over 20+ emails. Now they’re not even responding to the email.
