Text of Complaint by Dhananjay Kumar singh:

An amount of INR 1,50,000.00 Debited to Ac XXXXXXXXXXX0951 on 30-DEC-2022 12:15:22 on account of NET TXN: PAYUPAYMENT 16491229918 httpapsdisge . This payment we made on YEIDA website through our yes bank current account. It has not reached to YEIDA a/c. When we asked our bank, they replied that due to gateway error it has reached to some IBIBO WEB PVT LTD on same date. Screen shot attached. Since payu is involved in this transaction, we want your intervention and arrange to get refund immd. Our bank says it is not their fault, when i write to your exceutive on chat he says contact bank. If it is not resolved we will file case in cyber crime involving bank and payu both. Kindly check and do needful
