Hello,

I have been playing with 1xbet for almost two years or even more. I usually use my e-wallet to make deposits and also to withdraw winnings. Yesterday, I made a deposit of almost 40$ and waited to see the amount be reflected in my account but hours and hours passed but nothing done. I contacted them using the chat service they have on their website and the chat support person gave me an email to write to in order to solve the issue.

I sent them an email and explained the issue and provided them with a screenshot of the payment transcation of that deposit. They replied my email and asked me to give more details about the transaction and I did as they asked.

And now 24 hours passed and the amount still not reflected.

My complaints against this casino are as follows:

First, their support via chat is nothing but chit chat and only words you type and is time consuming.
Second, they are deliberately late in answering so that you give up and leave the chat.
Third, they manipulate with the games result, for example, I play Dice game and I remember so many times I got higher numbers that the opponent but the opponent wins, I swear to God that happened with me many times but what can I do?
Fourth, there are lottery games such as Fantasy5 and MegaMillion, etc.. I once played Fantasy5 and got 4 out of 5 number and the price should be no less than 400$ and I received only few dollars like 5 or 7 USD.
Fifth, I repeatedly asked them to suspend my account for a period of 3 or 6 months to take a break as a responsible gaming measure but they never replied my request and ignored it and they don’t have any option on the account page to control that.

In a nutshell, I lost much money with them and most of that lose was controlled by them I am sure and I am writing to you to help me with all of that.

My issue is still not solved and they sent me an email requesting me to stop writing to them about the issue.

This site caused me pain and let me lose a lot of money. I now want my last deposit be returned to my wallet and want my account be suspennded for 3 or 6 months.
