Subject: Disputed Deposit Issue

I’m writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue. On 1st October, I attempted to deposit [1500] into my game account through [paytm]. However, the transaction was successful, but the funds haven’t reflected in my account.
I’ve checked my bank statements, and the amount has been deducted. Please assist me in resolving this issue and crediting the funds to my account.
