Text of Complaint by Ivin:

On 23/8/2024, I added ₹1500 to my wallet on the 91 Club website. Despite completing the transaction successfully, the amount has not been credited to my wallet. I have verified that the transaction was completed from my bank or payment service provider’s end and possess the transaction receipt as proof.

I immediately reached out to the website’s customer support team to report this issue. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups and providing all necessary details and documentation, the problem remains unresolved. The funds have not appeared in my wallet, nor have I received any substantive updates or explanations from their support team.

This situation is causing significant inconvenience as I am unable to utilize the funds for my intended purposes on the website. The lack of response and resolution from the website has only compounded my frustration.

I am seeking intervention from the consumer court to address this issue, ensure that the ₹1500 is credited to my wallet, and obtain compensation for the inconvenience caused.
