Text of Complaint by Vinod:

I made a deposit of 32000rs on 1xbet on 08th july 2024 and transferred the amount through UPI on the account details shared by 1xbet and the amount is not credited to my account yet. Upon contacting the customer care, they ask to share the payment details everytime and ask to wait but there has been no updates on this.

I’ve tried contacting the customer care and shared payment details more than 10 time in last 5 days but the issue is not resolved.

Their customer care is also not responding correctly and they disconnect the chat after telling that their team is working.

This is looks like cheating a customers .
