I deposited ₹_1400_ into my 22Bet gaming account on 26 January 2026 using 7993812016-2@ybl (UPI/Card/Net Banking). My Gaming ID is: 289782901
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my gaming account even as of 7 February 2026.
I contacted 22Bet customer support multiple times. They repeatedly asked me to wait and did not provide any proper resolution or refund. It has been more than 10 days, and my money is still not credited or returned.
I am attaching proof of payment, transaction details, and screenshots of my communication with customer support. I request that the company immediately credit the deposited amount to my gaming account or refund the full amount to my bank account.
I request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action and help me resolve this issue.
