Text of Complaint by Anoop Tomar:

I deposited a total of ₹17,000 across four transactions on March 20, 21, 22, and 30; however, not a single payment has been credited, nor have the funds been returned to my account. They are not responding to my emails, nor have I received any positive response.

  1. Anup, I am very sorry that none of the Rs 17,000 for your four transactions in March have been credited and I understand how disturbing and disruptive this is. To investigate the situation, please send a clear screenshot of each transaction, showing the date and time, recipient details (full wallet/account), amount, payment status and UTR/UPI transaction ID, so that our finance team can track it with the provider and bank.     At this moment, the transfer is still in progress between the bank and the payment provider. Unfortunately, this stage is beyond both your and our direct control. Due to the high volume of transactions processed daily, occasional delays can occur depending on the load within the payment systems.

    Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and will provide a clear update as soon as the funds are received or their status is fully confirmed.
