On 5th November 2024 I deposited 4000 rupees in my pinup account and today is 17th of November but still this amount not credited in my gaming account. I have provided Bank statement, bank transaction successfull mail and Google pay confirmation. They people are saying only one thing that’s their finance department is working on it. Same answer is given by them every time from last 13 days.
