I have two complaints against parimatch:
*Few days ago, I have deposited Rs 1000 INR in my parimatch account which was successfully received by the merhcant account and I have the reference number for it but parimatch cx support did not help out and responded that they haven’t received the money and asked me to raise a compain with my bank(ICICI). I successfully raised the complain and today the bank has comfirmed that the benifeciary bank has successfully received the funds but Parimatch still did not returned my money, I have all the screenshots of parimatch customer support responses and also the bank confirmation screeshots regarding the successfull transfer of the money.
*And the second incident just took place yesterday(December 02, 2023 and the timing was in between 1:30AM to 1:40 AM). I was playing a slot name as “wildfire joker” by amigo gaming. I was playing this slot game at Rs25 INR per spin and suddenly my balance got deducted from Rs 6000+ to Rs 400 in one spin of Rs 25 INR only. I got shocked when I noticed it but thought it could be a technical glitch, so I played 2-3 more spins of same amount(Rs 25 INR) but the issue did not get resolved . Then, I tried to open history of the slot to take screenshot of it but they did not show any history on the game.Then I directely contected Parimatch live chat support and to my surprise they did not bother to help and have zero knowledge about the solution. Instead of helping out they just gave repeated responses and said sorry that we can’t help right now due to technical issues and all. I have lost huge huge amount in this slot game in past but yeaterday they did a big fraud by taking away by money. Please help me out.
