Hi I had requested for a Jio fiber relocation on 22nd May 2022. As it kept pending I had to take a new connection and requested to disconnect the fiber connection (prepaid). Till now as on date no body has come to pick up the router yet. I have given several complaints but there is nobody to hear. It has been almost 2 months since I have raised numerous complaints in their jio portal and each time they convince it will be resolved within 24 – 48 hours. I need my refund back. Please help.
