I kindly request you to read my mail in full properly.
I made made deposit of 5000 inr on 10-06-2023.It’s been more than 10 days they did not add particular amount to my gaming account.I made this transaction through imps mode and the amount in sucessfully credited towards them.I have a transfer reciept and bank statement as well.You can have a thorough check on this.
Below is the supporting documents from my end please have a look.By this i can claim that amount is sucessfully transferred.
If they have any document such you can give to me.I will go and check with my bank.
Without this they ask me go bank and check .As bank is having set of rules they will follow accordingly
The very sad part is they did not tried least to solve the issue.
If a customers trust them and playing in your site means they need to consider them.
