Hello, we had booked a tour package for 8 of our Indian guests for Bali tour in Mar 2020 and deposited around 90,000INR advance to the Maestro Indonesia DMC company but due to pandemic the tour got cancelled. Now when I contact the MD of tour company, he is not ready to utilize the deposit for the guests and asking us he will only utilise 25% of th emoney for current booking and rest of the amount we need to get future bookings. This is like making mandatory to get the future bookings to them by retaining the current customer’s money. Please I want to go the consumer court to complain. Please help us. We are also travel partners and we cant afford to lose our customer’s trust due to this.
