I have booked a Xhar Dham Yatra on March 15,2021 and paid Rs 5400/ as advance payment for that trip. Subsequently, company xancelled the trip and promised to refund the amount or issue a credit note for the said amount to be used later on. I opted for refund but till date except several promises, could not receive my money back. Director of the Comapany Mr Arun Sharma taken up the case and assure for necessary action to ensure refund but after the first mail, he also stopped communicating and therefore, I am compelled to file the complain for justice.
