I am Sai prasad G filing this complaint against an online betting platform (Parimatch) for serious deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, and withholding of my money despite successful transactions and repeated follow-ups.
1. Deposit Issues (Amount Deducted but Not Credited)
I made multiple deposits through UPI which were successfully debited from my bank account, but the amounts were never credited to my betting account nor refunded.

Despite providing screenshots, transaction IDs, and bank statements multiple times, the platform has failed to credit or refund this amount even after several months.

2. Withdrawal Issue (Marked Successful but Not Credited to Bank)
I initiated a withdrawal of ₹21,411 from the same platform.

The platform confirmed via email that the withdrawal was successfully processed from their end, but the money never reached my bank account even after waiting beyond the stated bank processing time.
My bank has clearly confirmed that:
No credit has been received
The merchant (Parimatch) must raise the IMPS trace, not the customer
However, the platform has not raised the IMPS trace, not shared any UTR, and keeps sending generic, repetitive replies asking me to wait.

3. Deficiency in Service & Mental Harassment
I have been following up continuously for more than 3–4 months
I have received blank emails, automated replies, and false assurances
No clear timeline, UTR, or resolution has been provided
I have submitted bank statements multiple times
I am a visually impaired (blind) individual, currently under financial stress, and blocking my legitimate funds has caused severe mental agony and hardship.

Relief Sought
I request the Consumer Helpline to kindly:
1. Direct the platform to immediately refund the blocked deposit amount of ₹12,000, and
2. Credit the withdrawal amount of ₹21,411 to my bank account or reverse it back to my betting account, and
3. Take appropriate action against the platform for unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.
