For the non-credit of ₹15,000 deposited to my Dafabet wallet on September 6, 2024. Despite the successful debit of the amount from my bank account, the funds have not been reflected in my Dafabet wallet.

Issue Faced:
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Dafabet’s customer support, the funds have not been credited to my wallet. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the funds were successfully transferred to Dafabet’s account on the same day. However, Dafabet continues to show the status as “fund not received.” This delay has caused me significant distress, anxiety, and wasted time.
