Text of Complaint by Chinmay:

I have deposited 5000 rupees on 1st June 2024 via Paytm. After payment done from Paytm end amount not reflected in daman wallet. I saw deposit history was “to be paid” status.

Today I saw in deposit history this amount stetus showing failed in daman end. But it’s actually deducted from my account. Attached proof for reference.
