I have taken jio fibre connection on trial basis during April 2021. We have not used even for 15 days and canceled the connection and sought for refund of my deposit amount. In the mean while COVID lockdown imposed in Bangalore during April and may. Your engineer has not collected the instrument from us due to lockdown as there is no entry of outsiders in our appartment. We have handed over the instrument on 10th June. Now it is reported we are not eligible for refund of my initial deposit amount. Pl examine and refund the amount as it is a genuine case.
