I deposited 10,000 rupees and 1,000 rupees into my DafaBet account, but the amounts have not been credited to my wallet. I reached out to your support team via email, and I received a response stating that the amounts have been added to my wallet. However, upon checking, I can confirm that the funds are not reflected.
I kindly request that you provide proof of the credit transaction or clarify the situation, as the information provided so far does not seem accurate. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution at the earliest.
