I have deposit problem since 20/03/2023 at 04:25 PM from egypt Ewallet instapay to Vodafone wallet agent amount 6500 Egyptian pound , after 17 days of tens of emails under my complain No 34614682# they told me you made this deposit 6500 EGP so please request another amount 6500 EGP without send more money and send the previous screenshot of your payment since 20/03/2023 and add your phone No. 01064003646 with same payment method vodafone cash … I did everything and send them a video record with ewallet customer service
I dont know what shall i do to get my money back … They agent took the money and after 17 days of delay he said OH !!! Sorry now i said he sent the money
The topic take longer than 3 hours of your conditions if not recieve your money amount contact us … Its almost 17 or 18 days
