Text of Complaint by Mohamed Elkhodiry:

Please i need my money which sent since 20 march 2023 amount 6500 Egyptian pounds

My ID : 560136189

Your client keep delaying me and said i didn’t receive the money

I sent a video recoder from my Ewallet customer service instapay and they prove that the money had been collected since 20 march to your client vodafone cash wallet

Then you sent me an email 6/4/2023 to say that the deposit is true and we are sure now that you made it already so
Fellow these steps

1- request another amount of money with same method ( Vodafone cash ) without sending money

2- use your phone No. 01064003646

3- insert the old payment screenshot

I did all of these steps
I was waiting for the deposit since 24 days ago
So i need my money or send me the cash back again i dont need any more emails to say please wait .. it will be take longer than usual
What longer after 24 days and you prove and detected that your client collect the money since 24 days ago
So please i need the money not emails
