I have ordered a cakes from the website my flower app on 1st of Aug but I got a call from them that won’t be able to deliver it and wil be processing my refund on their website wallet then I said I need in my card. Then They disconnected my phone and after multiple tries they eventually picked up phone after many days days and told me I will get refund in 7 working days but today is 6th of Sept and still didnt get any amount back neither they are picking up the call.
