Respected sir,

I have a complain that on the dt 09.06.2020 I made a recharge of rs.379/-
But I didn’t get any notification and also recharge not done then I talked to your exicutive they said that transaction has been cancelled and the money will be refund to my account within 7 to 10 days. Still today I(29.07.2020)don’t get any refund and now your exicutive is saying there was no transaction such like that. I have every prove of transaction done i.e bank statement which clearly shows amount transferred to airtel bharati account on 9th June with that I have each and every call record with your customer care executive.
Please do some thing about it as quickly as possible or show me other way. Herewith I am attaching the bank statement for your reference and my number is 9861920421.
