Dear Officer,
Today I received One pc- Body Parfums CEO MAN. The Body is badly dented. The external carton seems to be ok however no care is taken to bubble rap The aluminum can of product. I tried to inform through the App but could not get relevant information. Since this product is not refundable then why your team has not taken proper care of it to pack it nicely. Tell me what to do.
Either refund me and arrange to collect the product as it is as I have opened the seal and polyrap of product or arrange replace the piece with good one.
Hope you will take prompt action.
