I ordered a product from Amazon on June 9th 2024. Diesel Mr. Daddy 2.0 Black Dial Men’s Chronograph Watch DZ7313. I paid Rs. 18,299.000.
June 15/2024 the order was delivered. It was a wrong Item -Diesel Stainless Steel Chronograph Black Dial Men Watch-Dz4338, Black. I contacted Amazon to request for return and replacement or refund. Amazon replied back that they will return the item in few days, but after sometime I received another reply that they can’t process the return and they have cancelled my request. I called the customer service to check why they can’t process the request but they had no clear answer and as per their investigation team they can’t process the return.
