I have booked a room through the Goibibo mobile application on February 7th, 2023. At the time of payment, I completed the full payment. However, when I tried to check in at the hotel on February 11th, 2023, they denied me entry. I immediately raised a complaint with Goibibo support, but they failed to arrange an alternative solution. Finally, they refunded the amount and closed my case. On the same night, my family and I suffered a lot trying to find another room, and ultimately, we decided to sleep in our car.
