Text of Complaint by Upender Kataria:

I had booked a hotel in Gurugram on Dec 8, 2022. I was denied check-in because the hotel was not reserved in the first place. Since the support of the website was not answering , I bought VIP support for faster resolution. It’s been 13 days and no replies in this regard has been sent by Hopper
