Text of Complaint by Sapna:

I ordered a mipatex garden shade net. The product had 10 day return. When the product arrived it was not 1.5m width as mentioned in the description so I raised a return. The product was not picked as per schedule. I called Amazon customer service and explained the issue and asked them to pick it up. They said they need to do a verification and will pick by 25th July. Nobody came. I called them again on 27th asking for it to be picked up. They said return window is closed and now the product can’t be picked and they are closing the case. Spoke to a manager called Uma who was irrational and rude and was refusing to even hear or understand the issue. The cost of the product is Rs 5307.
