I had contacted Amazon on 4th Dec when my brand TCL had denial warranty claim. Amazon is raising only tickets without providing any update and every time I chase them they give a new date to wait and the wait is not getting over. Earlier I was told that technician will visit, then I was told that the product would be replaced. But now they are just asking me to wait without any update or resolution. The TV is covered under 2 years of warranty clearly however I am chasing for a response
