I had purchased Sony headset from flipkart. It was dead on arrival. Flipkart exec told me to talk to brand. I talked to Sony care. They did some troubleshooting but it didn’t work. Then they said talk to flipkart for replacement. I had done complaint on 9th March 2022 and still no resolution has been provided. I am a plus customer and with Flipkart from past 11 years. Why I am being harassed just for one product.
