On 18 Feb 2023, i have booked bus service from Banglore to Ernakulam through Makemy Trip application. The bus service provider never showed up in the pick up location selected and left the area 45 mins before the schedule shown by Makemy Trip. Even though issue has been raised in the appilication the problem was not solved,in addition the Application incorrectly shown as the journey had been performed. The details of the journey and bus location details are shared below.I request action to alleviate the financial losses occured to me may be taken.
