I recently visited a Reliance jio store to port one of my mobile number to Jio.
One of two Jio staff there came forward to help me out with my request named Mr. Brijesh.
While the work was under process, Mr. Brijesh had to take the counter and he asked his fellow staff to assist me with my request. From here things turned around. The second staff, he mentioned his name as “Siddhant”, was really not doing his job. While my request was processing, I had to submit my fingerprint but for some reason the machine was not able to detect it. With all this happening this guy also asked me to recharge for 250 rupees even when the process was not completely done. His insolent behavior continued and when I asked him to do his job, he rudely denied the service with a very bad attitude. He kept arguing with me while i planned to leave the store, the other staff Mr. Brijesh interfered and decided to help me. All this while Mr. Brijesh was doing his job nicely and politely, the other staff kept misbehaving by engaging an argument with me time to time. Getting enough of it I decided to leave the store informing him that I will be filing a complaint about this incident.
As expected, least bothered employee was still in his same insolent behavior.
The bottom line would be the utter most insolent behavior and denial of the service.
