My husband Alok Kumar Sen had purchased a split AC on 13.02.2022 under exchange scheme. It was committed by Amazon that the uninstallation charge of 700/- towards uninstallation of the old AC and 1600/- towards the new AC installation will be reimbursed by Amazon on produce of the Bill. This was also confirmed by them over phone calls and email. However we have been following up since long and they now tell us that it was wrongly committed and they will not reimburse the amount of 2300/-. This is absolute harassment as my husband had made the final decision based on this feature. Kindly resolve urgently.
