I purchased a Kesh Nikhar soap set from Flipkart and paid for it online. When I was not at home on December 7th, the delivery guy took extra payment in cash from my mother because she didn’t know, and she paid the extra sum of 250 Rupees. Since then, I’ve been attempting to contact Flipkart, and while it first stated that your online payment was not yet completed, it was confirmed from my end. They told me to wait two days until receive my cash. After two days and several conversations with Flipkart employees, they informed me that I will receive my cash in eight days. There was no answer when I contacted them again after 8 days.
There was no answer when I contacted them again after 8 days. I spoke with 5 persons in one day, was mistreated, put on wait for 15 minutes, and described the same matter to 5 people. Even after threatening legal action, there was no reaction. If this is how justice is handled, I will begin to question our consumer rights. It’s been over 15 days. My calls were terminated, I was mistreated, and the time I wasted cannot be recovered. It is not about 260 rupees, but about my rights as an Indian citizen and consumer. I did not cause any harm to anyone.
