I had registered a request on Airtel Thanks app for buying a new broadband connection. Agent who took the call visited my place and told me that he could not provide a new connection as it is hectic to extend LAN wire from Airtel fiber box which is only 100-200 meters away from my location.
I need a broadband connection asap. So please provide assistance.
