I purchased Blaupunkt BLA32AS460, 32″ smart TV on October 2018 for 13800 and purchased extended warranty till Oct 2021. Recently I faced some issues with the TV, and I contacted Blaupunkt Customer Care.
The customer care executive said that they will not be able to provide the service as it is an old product, they doesnot provide service for it. (Even paid service)
