I had ordered for a Redmi Note 10 pro mobile. However after receiving it I was not satisfied by its features and design hence requested Amazon to refund/ upgrade to another mobile, which they bluntly refused. The order number was 403-0570645-3593955 dated 09 Jun 2021.
Therefore I request to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
