my parents had taken an health insurance long back and have been paining all the renewals regularly it was a policy for a family with their children’s (dependent ) . i had faced an serious health issue due to covid-19 and went to the branch with all my medical bills to get my insurance but i have been refuse by the employs saying that i cannot claim any amount as i was 25yrs and im longer in the list list along with my parents. when questioned was told about some clauses which never existed in any of their list . we felt cheated as we are from a middle class and it was very difficult for to pay the renewal amount every time on date . i would request you to kindly support our family in getting back the insurance amount paid / claim it as per the procedure.
