Sir,
I had ordered a 32 inch tV from Flipkart on 27th of Sept and the same was delivered on 3rd oct.
As the product was purchased on exchange offer of my old TV Videocon tv 32 inch Working condition
The same was picked up by the delivery agent.
It’s been four days i have been waiting for the demo installation to be completed. As i daily get message about the installation and diffrent technicians name.But till date no one has come across.
I have elderly parents and my granny.
They have been without tv for so many days.
Spoke to Flipkart customer care and Jeeves (Installation partner ) no positive reply from them.
They were very rude on call.
As a consumer we have faced a lot of issues about the after sales service..
