Demat account is opened without my confirmation and charging for the same. I have raised so many complaints in the ICICI complaint portal they will ask me to fill the form and send it. After I send the form no one will reply. I have told you I am not in India so I cant go to the branch and also not available on the registered mobile number irrespective of that they are calling to the registered mobile number.
When they open they don’t need any confirmation from the customer. But why they need confirmation from customers when closing?
