I purchased a smart watch from the Deals cart website.
The MRP of the watch is Rs1499. but due to Holi sale it was about Rs 249.
I paid the lumpsum amount of Rs249 from my Paytm number.
but today when i opened the site the error 404 or site is unavailable was shown.
pls help me to refund mu amount of rs 249 and take action against these fraudsters.
